Hereinafter, wherever the word 'EZone Safer' comes in this document, it means 'EZone Safer [Your Company Name]' and wherever the word 'customer' or 'user' comes in this document, it means a person who has booked the vehicle from EZone Safer after agreeing with all of the below-mentioned terms and conditions.
A user shall be eligible for EZone Safer membership subject to the satisfaction of the following conditions:
EZone Safer services can be booked online up to 2 months (60 days) in advance for all cities, bikes, and cars.
If your booking starts within 24 hours, please contact our customer care team before making any payment to check on the availability and complete your booking.
The user can cancel a booking through our customer care number, [insert phone number], or mail us at [insert email address].
Applicable refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Welcome to EZone Safer! To enjoy seamless and safe usage, all users are mandatorily required to register themselves with us.
Please carry the following documents to avoid any hassle with EZone Safer.
Please show these documents at the vendor location before pickup. Failure to produce these documents may result in cancellation of your booking.
Only the registered members are authorized to drive the EZone Safer vehicles. A member cannot allow a non-registered person accompanying the member to drive the vehicle. A member whose driver's license has expired is not able to make bookings. EZone Safer vehicles are only for private use and not for commercial purposes such as carrying people around like a taxi. EZone Safer vehicles shall not be operated in racing, exhibitions, towing, pushing, or propelling of any other vehicle or object. Driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or narcotics that would impair normal driving is strictly prohibited. Such instances are subject to a zero-tolerance policy. The EZone Safer shall not be used for criminal or illegal activities. No member is allowed to drive and use a mobile phone or any other communication device that may distract from driving. Also, carrying prohibited things, including items declared illegal under the Indian penal code, weapons, sharp objects, or inflammable material is not allowed while driving. EZone Safer may cancel the booking if members are found carrying any of the above items. Vehicles shall not be driven while carrying or towing an object which may affect the stability, safety, and performance of such vehicle. EZone Safer vehicles can only be used in the Republic of India and are only subject to Indian laws. Vehicles shall not be driven in forbidden areas. These conditions are not exhaustive, and any negligent or abusive driving upon examination may be considered a violation. Illegal use shall be reported immediately to concerned authorities, and the service shall be suspended or cancelled. In such a case, the security deposit shall be forfeited to EZone Safer.
EZone Safer users will need to make advance reservations before pick-up. The bookings will be made on a first-come-first-serve basis, and availability of a vehicle is not guaranteed at any point in time. All booking requests should be made at least 2 hours in advance of pick-up time. Requests with a time gap of less than 2 hours will not be entertained. Users can log on to the EZone Safer website or mobile app or call customer care to extend the booking duration. The extensions are still subject to vehicle availability for the requested period. Extra charges for the extended period will be calculated in accordance with regular rates; please refer to EZone Safer's fee policy below for details.
In case the vehicle is damaged in an accident or the vehicle is stolen, or a case wherein the vehicle is lost or misplaced, the incident would get resolved mutually between the vehicle vendor and the user.
EZone Safer vehicles are insured with all-India permits; however, members are responsible for the payment of all insurance excess amounts in the event of any damage to the vehicles.
