Yes, the booking can be extended by using our website or mobile app. You can also get your booking extended by calling EZone Safer customer care. However, the extension will depend on the availability of the requested vehicle.

Yes, there is a penalty for returning the vehicle later than the drop-off time, as the vehicle could have a subsequent booking. A late penalty is charged as per the policies mentioned in the Terms and Conditions associated with the vehicle.

There is no refund for returning the vehicle early. The tariff is calculated for the entire booking period, as the vehicle is reserved for you during that time.
